Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy

At Get a Job, we have full confidence in our varied range of services, products, and e-business solutions. We leave no stone unturned in providing our esteemed clients fast, reliable, and exceptional service guarantee every time we do business with them. All the services available at Get A Job’s website are carried out for the clients after extensive project analysis using a complete scope document. It ensures a full understanding of the work and almost no possibility of project cancellation, reversal, or dispute. However, any refund and service cancellation is taking place abiding by a set of conditions.

Process of Claiming refund:

  • Clients should fall under the terms mentioned in Policy literature.
  • A client must send an email to wecare@geta-job.com with his/her signed agreement copy, payment receipt, and an email clarifying the cause of the refund claim.
  • A ticket will be generated based on your request to claim the refund right away.
  • It may take up to 24-48 hrs. To understand the scenario by the concerned department and update the initial stage of your request.
  • Once the refund is approved by the team, it will get processed in the next refund cycle, which is the 5-10th of each month.
  • A refund request is subject to denial in the case of a third party (relative/friend) involvement on behalf of the client.
  • The maximum time frame to close a refund ticket is up to 30 business days.
  • We only offer refunds on the original payment method used at the time of program enrolment.

Liability

  • The client is liable for any fees charged in case of a third-party payment source.
  • Time taken for the Refund to reflect in the original payment method is dependent on the payment source.

Cancellation Policy

  • A subscriber can place the cancellation order for a particular service within 3 days of the service agreement via a prescribed cancellation email.
  • No cancellation is possible for the services offered with promotional discounts on special occasions, viz. Independence Day, Christmas, and New Year. These are limited edition offers, and hence any range of refunds would not be possible.
  • Token Fee, once paid, will not be refunded in any case, even if the cancellation is posted within 12 hours.

A service stands canceled if the next scheduled payment is not received within seven working days.

Refund Policy

  • Every service offered by us takes a different course of action to get accomplished from start to end. Thus, the refund policy would not differ from one service to another.
  • There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed.
  • Taxes paid on services levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with a fee refund.
  • No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Conditions section.
  • There is no refund policy for the services placed under third-party services on behalf of GetAJob.
  • Get A Job is not liable to pay a refund if a delay or service disruption happens due to third-party involvement.
  • If the client gets a job after and or during the extensive training/Marketing, the client is obligated to pay % of his annual salary referring to the service agreement.
  • If you sign the Program Enrolment Agreement and cancel within three days client will be eligible to receive up to 80% refund of the enrolment amount.
  • If you (Client) decide to quit the program after three days, there is no refund.
  • Client is not allowed to make an application on their own after enrolling with GetAJob.
  • If you (Client) breach above clause (3), you will pay 12% of your first year’s salary for any job you start within 12 months from the Get A Job program commencement date.
  • Service Agreement of GetAJob is governed by construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio.
  • In the case of breaching the terms under the service agreement, No-refund will be applicable.
  • If the client gets a job after and or during the extensive training/Marketing, the client is abiding to pay on agreed terms.
  • If the client denies joining the project, we provided due to his personal reasons and if the client is unable to survive on the job after receiving a project from our side due to his personal reasons, performance, or his negligence, we will deduct the 40% of the percentage to be charged or a maximum of $5000 whichever is lower of his annual salary as our service charge, and that amount will not be reimbursed in the following offer received from our resume.
  • Enrolment under the Job Guarantee plan will be considered for refund cases based on the interviews that we have provided to the candidate as per the below table pertaining to technology:

Refer to the below table of the list of technologies and the guaranteed number of interviews per 30 working days.

  • Several Interviews matter of dependency based on Technology, Location preferences, count of experience & availability of the client.
  • In the matter of preferred location clients, the number of interviews will fall by 50% as
    per the following refund terms.

Chargeback Policy for Get A Job for One Time Payments and BNPL Disclosures

  • Client will reach out to us before disputing or in case of any refunds. In case the client disputes the payment without involving us, they will have to pay us a chargeback of $50 or more.
  • If Client will use the same credit card on the same day twice then they must give a valid reason.
  • If someone else is paying for the client e.g., Parents, relatives or friends, client will provide us with a consent email and a proof of relation (If required), with the cardholder.
  • If the client has any questions regarding the Quick fee payment or the payment method utilized at the time of payment, they will reach out to us before reaching to the bank or the payment source for any kind of disputes.
